If you need business cards today in Las Vegas, you can have them today. At Prisma Printing, send your print-ready file before 9 AM and standard business cards are ready for pickup at 4 PM the same day. There’s no rush fee. Here’s how to make sure yours come out right on the first try.
How Same Day Business Cards Work at Prisma Printing
Same day printing is our normal, not an add-on. Business cards are what we print more than anything else, so the process is built for speed:
- Send your file before 9 AM. Email it or upload your artwork. Files in before 9 AM are ready at 4 PM. Missed 9 AM? Call anyway. We can often still finish the same day.
- Call to lock in the time. Call us at 702-922-7138 so we know it’s a same day order and can confirm your pickup time.
- Approve your proof. We send a proof before anything prints. Check spelling, phone numbers, and emails carefully. A proof approved fast is the biggest thing that keeps an order on schedule.
- Pick up at our shop. We’re at 5000 W Oakey Blvd, Suite B4. Pickup is free. We can also ship your cards.
How Much Do Same Day Business Cards Cost?
Standard 16pt cards, full color on both sides with UV coating, from a print-ready file:
| Quantity | Same day price |
|---|---|
| 100 cards | $35 |
| 250 cards | $45 |
| 500 cards | $54 |
Online prices. Call 702-922-7138 for counter pricing. Specialty stocks and design cost more. Found a lower price at another shop? Ask about our price match.
What Customers Say About Same Day Cards
“Absolutely amazing service, and easy to communicate with. My business cards were done in 2 or 3 hours start to finish!”
Alvin H., Google review
He’s not the only one. Another customer sent files for flyers and business cards and had both done in two hours. Another called about an hour and a half before closing and walked out with finished cards.
It’s also why so many people find us during conventions. When a team runs out of cards at a trade show, or someone flies in and forgets theirs, same day printing is the fix. Read more in our guide to business cards for Las Vegas conventions and trade shows.
Which Business Cards Can Be Printed the Same Day?
Standard stocks are the fastest. These are the cards most people order same day:
16pt matte16pt UV glossUV front, matte back130lb gloss coverSilkLinen
Specialty cards like 20pt clear plastic, 32pt painted edge, and suede with spot UV can take longer. If you need one of those by a certain date, call us first and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.
How to Make Your Same Day Order Go Faster
- Send a print-ready file. A PDF works best: 300 dpi, CMYK color, a 1/16″ bleed on all sides, text kept 1/8″ in from the edge, fonts outlined or embedded, and each side as its own file. Files that aren’t print-ready go on hold until we get a new one, which can push your pickup to the next day.
- Don’t have a design? Start from one of our templates, or have our team design your card in house. Design adds a proof round, so start earlier in the day.
- Ordering for a whole office? Send every person’s name, title, phone, and email in one message. We print all the sets together on the same stock so they match.
- Double-check the proof. Most delays come from corrections after the proof, not from printing.
How Many Cards Can You Get the Same Day?
Most business card orders are 100 to 1,000 cards. Offices often order 500 to 2,500 at a time. For very large runs, we’ve turned around 5,000 cards over a weekend. Tell us the quantity when you call and we’ll give you a pickup time.
